Mijn professionele achtergrond bestaat uit ervaring met Learning & Development, Business Change & Development, Projectmanagement en leiding geven aan een (eigen) onderneming.

​Ik blink uit in (re)organiseren door doelen te stellen, structuur aan te brengen in lastige omstandigheden en alle betrokkenen in organisaties te motiveren en enthousiasmeren voor verbetering en verandering. Het is mijn drijfveer om maximaal haalbare klanttevredenheid te realiseren, met een scherp oog voor ontwikkeling van medewerkers en organisatie. Ik ben inzetbaar van kleine tot internationaal opererende organisaties als interim manager, business change manager, learning & development manager of projectmanager - liefst op het snijvlak van business en ICT.

Ik ben opgeleid tot docent voor het voortgezet onderwijs (Bachelor of Education). Tijdens mijn loopbaan heb ik onder meer tal van management trainingen gevolgd. Ik ben Prince2 en Agile Business Advanced gecertificeerd.
